| The current Game Laws as it
refers to dogs being used in hunting big game animals is found in: The Commonwealth of PA Game and Wildlife Code Title 34, Chapter 23, Subchapter E Dogs pursuing Game or Wildlife section 2383 Dogs pursuing, injuring or killing big game. It is unlawful for any person to make use of a dog in any manner to hunt for or to take big game or to permit a dog owned, controlled or harbored bythat person to pursue, harass, chase, scatter, injure or kill any big game. |
