Deer Recovery of Pennsylvania is an organization of Outdoor Enthusiasts whose common goal is the legalization in Pennsylvania of the use of leashed tracking dogs for the ethical recovery of wounded Big Game animals when all other human tracking attempts to recover the animal have failed.
